Three layer light vanilla or chocolate sponge soaked with vanilla syrup and filled with our very berry compote (berries and brambles depending on season) and iced with vanilla buttercream (top is iced, sides are semi-iced). Can be made vegan (chocolate sponge only)

Choose to keep plain and simple, add rainbow sprinkles, decorate with fresh seasonal flowers, or vintage piped.

Notes on our celebration cakes -

5inch is a perfect gift size, 7inch serves 10-12 people and our 10inch serves 18-22 people. small stacked (5+7inch) serves up to 24-30 and large stacked (7+10inch) serves up to 50.
